copy dvd with nero

I tried to copy with nero, but didn't work. I insert the original dvd to the DVD writer, but when I went to COPY DVD in Nero and clicked "copy," a window saying "Please insert the original disc into...," and the CD write ejected. I thought I suppose to use dvd writer to copy dvd? then how come the cd write automatically ejected? So we can't burn Copy Right DVD's?

click on dvd backup in the hidden menu here to the left.
or tools->dvd to dvd.
