    I need an easy to use tool that can convery .avi format to .mpeg format.

    I have the TMpgenc program, but its diving me some error. Says it cannot load the "P3package.dll".

    Whatever that means...

    You have been a member here for almost two years, but you haven't learned how to use the search function ?

    FWIW, I dropped "P3package.dll" into google and had 506 matches. The first page had the answer to your problem over and over.
