    With a vid card w/vivo and a tv tuner card setup, what are all the capabilities. Also included would be a vcr and digital cable with a DVR.

    Ex: Would I be able to record a show while watching tv on a different channel?

    Would I be able to record or transfer my saved shows directly from my dvr to my pc without having to play them etc.
