Hoping some of yo out there can help me.
I'm using my computer to capture video from a VCR so I can covert some of my VHS vids into AVI's and then subsequently into WMV for longer term storage.
I'm using VirtualDub to record the video via my VIVO card and the sound plugs directly into my sound card.
It all works fine except the resultant Avi has problems with lip sync.
Is there anyway to either fix it? or force virtualdub to correct it on the fly when capturing?
Cheers

I would try using the capture software that came with your capture card first. That usually works best.
