Stretched video after TV.

Hi guys,
Yesterday I convert an .avi file (16:9) to DVDr with "AVI2DVD".
The problem is that when i ran the movie on my DVD player the picture Stretched (4:3).Even if I change the settings of the DVD player.

In my computer and in my friend DVD player I see the movie good (no stretched).

I try to edit the file with pgcedit and nothing worked(like disable pan&scan,letterbox)

Can I edit the .ifo files somehow to prevent the stretched?

I choose the option 16:9 on AVI2DVD.

Try IFOEdit and change the settings in all the ifo files (probably two if there is only one title)
