Sharp DV-SR45U HELP

Hi,

I have a Sharp DV-SR45U DVD recorder.

and it is not Finalizing the DVDs.


Does anyone have a hack/fix/patch for this unit?

That sharp dvd player should finalize your dvds.Have you gone into setup and clicked on finalize disc.On the remote setup button click it go to disc setup and you will see finalize .I had the same machine and loved it.The editing on that unit is the best.Even recording television in the lp mode is great.Another reason your disc may not be finalizing is your using dvd-r and are in the vr mode.
