I've upgraded my computer's hard drive and sound card. I am using the EMU 0404 sound card. I Have plugged the ATI 9000 pro into the EMU card. I have sound, but I have absolutely no control of the sound from the TV Tuner function. The onboard soundcard does not control the sound, neither does the EMU card.

The sound plays fine, but it's one volume and I have no control.

    Any suggestions?

The lin-in function is not present on the emu properties.

It is visible on the SiS card's (the onboard card) window, but it is greyed out.

I am not sure that the EMU is designed to do what I'm wanting to do.

It appears it does not have an input for sound that orgiginates from the computer, but is for external audio sources like an amplifier, or cassette player.

Connect the AIW 9000 Audio out dongle to the Line-In of the EMU 0404 1/4' RCA Audio input dongle. This will direct the sound output from the AIW TV Tuner to the EMU0404 soundcard.

Make sure your onboard (SiS) sound is disabled and use the windows Line-In Volume Control (Program Files/Accessories/Entertainment) to control the volume for your TV Tuner.
