    I tried to convert my .avi movie to .divx, with subtitles, so I can watch it on my portable DVD/DivX player (Sharp).
    I heard that "srt to bmp" is very good at it.
    So i tried it.
    I followed the instructions (made with flash... very good, very detailed), and I did everything like they said, but when he finished the job, I got these error messages:

    VBV TEST FAILED
    max underflow was ..... bits
    0 VBV TEST failed
    1 MPEG quantization not supported
    2 UN COMPRESSED CHUNK TYPE Present

    Result: FAIL

    I got my movie in .divX format, but there is no subtitles.
