  1. when i go to internet options and click on clear history for the bar it doesnt clear everything. I mean i have hit delete files, delete cookes, clear forms and clear history and there are still certain sites that will stay in my internet history bar, all i have to do is type the first letter of certain sites and they come up. I have even use ad aware removers and that still doesnt work all the way.

  2. In Mozilla / Firefox: Click Tools>Options>Saved Form Information & clear the checkbox "Save information I enter..."

    IN Internet Explorer: Click Tools>Internet Options>Content Tab>AutoComplete. Clear any checkboxs you want & hit Clear Forms to remove enteies from the dropdown box.

  3. already did that and even restart computer after that but when i come back and all i have to type is one letter and the url comes back up..... like i said its like only certain things are being cleared. and i have i.e.

    This should help you to delete those files manually - no subsitute for highlighting them and pressing shift-delete!

    Have you ever considered trying out Firefox? You could install it as a secondary browser to try it out and change it to primary if you like it. However you install it, though, it's dead easy to uninstall (it will revert back to IE when uninstalled).

    Another option would be installing Microsoft AntiSpyware Beta. Under the advanced tool, this application has a option called Tracks Eraser.

    Track eraser wil help you to remove all those temp files from IE and other applications.
