Mpeg4(video only) convert to DVD - ffpegX

I have tried to convert a mpeg4 that has no audio track to dvd format with ffmpegx but I only get an mpeg2 file. When I do this with a mpeg4 that has an audio track it converts to TS_video and TS_audio filed that I can play on a dvd player. Any advice please?

Probably should ask this question in the ffmpegx forum?

Seems that the main issue is use "convert to Quicktime"
when converting mpeg-4 to DVD, just glancing over the few posts there,
that and you have to use ffmpegx 0.09 build U
for it to work.
