Try dvdfabdecrypter instead. Should help out.
Donatello - The Shredder? Michelangelo - Maybe all that hardware is for making coleslaw?

Is that a different program? I had to pay for 1-click so I really want to know how to use it. 1-click also reformats to AVI which is what I need to do to the file before I can edit them.

Can anybody help me with this problem? I really need to reformat some video for a school project but I want to try to not have to use another program since I paid for this one.

Sorry about the double-post, I just really really need to get this program to work.

If you paid for it, you should be entitled to some support from where you bought it from?
If they can't help you, I suggest you bite the bullet, read some of the numerous DVD to AVI giudes found under CONVERT left, and forget about that purchase.
Never heard of "1-click DVD Ripper", and the name by itself raises a huge warning flag to me...

I tried sending e-mails to the support people for the program (three in fact) but haven't gotten any reply. Two people had suggested the program to me, and right now I may very well be forced to take their heads off for it....

I had originally tried using DVDdecrypter and AutoGK, but for some reason my computer can no longer read those files.

Yep, that's it. I only know their SN's on another board. All I need to do is copy the DVD to my computer and reformat the file to AVI so I can put it in a vid I'm making. I made one already that was shown at a Sci-Fi con (complete with the "I do not own this, these people do, please don't sue me" disclaimer.)

I just want to reformat this stuff so I can get the video done and over with. I have until Jan 4th to get the entire thing together. Would it be easier to just find out what might be wrong with AutoGK?

You can do it for free with dvddecrypter and virtualdub (along with divx/xvid).

Rip the vobs to the harddrive and load them into virtualdubmpeg2. Then you can convert to divx or xvid. There are plenty of guides in the "HOW TO" section on the left of the screen.

The problem is I need to run it through Windows movie maker, so I need AVI format with no divx code.

https://www.videohelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=1353035#1353035 might have some useful suggestions. I normally convert to DV-AVI using the Panasonic DV Codec in virtualdub-MPEG2.
    If in doubt, Google it.
