  1. Is avisynth capable of serving audio? Is it possible to serve audio in a avi so I don't have to extract and save a wav? I want to use the audio from my video to convert to mp2 with besweet and I dont want to deal with a temporary wav file.

AVISynth can serve audio, however I am not sure that BeSweet can handle an AVISynth source.

You could use avs2wav to pipe to BeSweet though I guess or just pipe to twolame.
