I have done this many times but cant seem to get it to work this time.
Using Procoder 2 to convert to NTSC with the 23.970 / 3:2 pulldown selected. The result is jerky so I switched the field order and have the same result. Tried it without the 3:2 pulldown and it is still jerky. Not sure what is wrong.

Are you sure you're dealing with progressive material?
