I was trying to figure out why EZCD5 kept complaining about an incorrect System Clock Reference when I would add an MPG I had converted from a DiVX with TMPEGenc so I searched through this forum and found some info about it.
Instead of multiplexing and de-multiplexing (which prorbably works fine too) all I had to do was make sure that the audio bit rate was set to 224 (and of course all the rest was set to the VCD standards too).
In previous attempts I changed everything to the correct settings but I didn't bother changing the audio bitrate (because EZCD didn't seem to mind).
For some reason this fixed the problem with the System Clock Reference.
