  1. Hi, i got myself a DVD-R from a music band i like but it came with several problems...

The Menu has a "shhhhhhh" noise on it (yeah, it sucks!) and the video was bad encoded, like with wrong interlace flag (the video gets jerky on standalone dvd, but in pc plays fine).

Iīve used PCGDEMUX, reconverted the M2V with CCE 2-pass deinterlacing it with vdub (frameserver), remuxed with MUXMAN and replaced it wih VOBBLANKER, just perfect, worked like a charm !

But i donīt know how to change/remove the audio from the MENU... That "shhhh" noise is REALLY annoying, can anyone help me please !?!?!

can't you also use muxman to rebuild menus once you've demuxed them? I thought I'd seen it somewhere previously that it did but I'm probably wrong

if not, can you not just demux the parts and then make your own menu using another autoring program?

I'm not sure but I think you can use DVD Shrink in reauthor mode to delete sound from menu (untick sound checkbox in menu PGC).
    Backup as uncompressed.
I maybe wrong but I recall I did that thing in the past.
