Ok i was about to copy an Audio CD and i use standard intenso 80/700 disks, That is the standard isnt it because it copied CD2 but not CD1 as there wasnt enough space.
This is the second time its happened and i have tried 2 differnet makes of CD's.
Is it a problem on the sources behalf not making it small enough or my fault for not having better disks and if so what would you reccommend me getting?

Try using software that will make an exact copy (disc to disc). I bet you are having problems in an intermediate step some place like ripping to wave and then burning to an audio CD.
I would use Taiyo Yuden CD's.
