  1. greetings,

recently I downloaded a movie from a friend that was authored in a weird fashion. the movie itself had been embedded with TWO audio tracks! one english, one spanish. the instructions were to use VLC player and go to Audio -> Track -> track 1 or 2

As I don't speak spanish, I'd like to remove the spanish audio from the movie entirely.

is there a simple method of doing so, or must I re-encode the entire movie? if so i will, but i'll need a walkthrough of sorts.

    Thanks,
    Jay

  2. ????..whatīs wrong with spanish?, itīs a beautiful language, you could start watching spanish movies to learn it...
Anyway(and seriously), you can open the movie in DVDShrink, hit the "Re-author" button and remove the "ofensive" audio track
    Good luck

  4. Assuming its an AVI file. Open the file in VirtualDubMod. Goto Streams > Stream List. Select the audio stream you dont want and click disable.

In the video option select Direct Stream Copy and save the file again as AVI with a different name. The new file will not have the disabled audio track.
When I was born I was so shocked that I could'nt speak for 18 months.
