OK, this is my first post here. I have searched all over the site and have not found any detailed answers that will help me. I will explain myself very clearly so there is absolutely no question about what I am looking for!
1) I have downloaded a concert from a Bit Torrent site. The files are BUP/IFO/VOB. For example, here is a concert I d/l'ed:
VIDEO_TS.BUP
VIDEO_TS.IFO
VIDEO_TS.VOB
VTS_01_0.BUP
VTS_01_0.IFO
VTS_01_1.VOB
VTS_01_2.VOB
What is the next step I take in order to burn this into a DVD?
2) Do I need to decode anything?
3) What are the best programs to perform this work? I have heard people say Nero. Would that be a good place for me to start? I won't be doing much encoding/uploading right now. My only concern at this point is taking these files and burning a DVD-R with them.
4) When I find a program, does it matter in what order I use the files? If I drag and drop all the above files at once will the program know exactly what to do?
OK, thanks for your patience with yet another newbie to the world of DVD-R's.
