I need to talk a friend through the ripping process so he can backup some DVDs. He's working on a PC and although I know I should technically post this to a PC forum, I don't work on a PC but know that many folks on this forum use both Mac and PC. Is there a freeware program like MTR that folks would recommend. Once I have the program I could look at some screenshots on-line or a Youtube video and then talk him through the process. Thanks.
