Under Settings: Source Aspect Ratio I changed the aspect ratio to: 4:3 525 Line NTSC [USA], Video Arrange Method: Center Custom Size: 320 x 220.... when I playback the VCD on the DVD player... now the noise and quality looks awesome but every 4-5 mins it shakes or flickers for about 3-5 seconds.. what did I do wrong. I used the Noise reduction of 20 2 20, and sharpen edge 45, 120... everything looks good. Please advise on how can I correct this problem. Thanks

Just a few tips, dont use 320x220, use 352x240, is the standard NTSC VCD res. also, in the quantize matrix tab of TMPGEnc, select USE floating point DCT. Im sure doing these two things will solve ur problem
