Video Arrange Method: Full screen (keep aspect ratio)
GOP structure Tab:
Number of I in GOP: 1
Number of P in GOP: 5
Number of B in GOP: 2

I have a 5 minute clip, so is it better to set it to CBR with 9800kb/s or VBR?
