  1. I never really gotten into it, but what is this extension for it dosen't affect any work that you've done already is it?

    SFK contains the metadata including file marks and peak levels data.

    The working file in direct edit mode will be a wav, mp3 or other supported format. SFK holds the data about that file.

  5. sfk files are peak data files created by Sound Forge when you load an audio file and will be regenerated if they are deleted when you reload that audio file. If your done working with an audio file you can delete them.
