    When downloading and i leave my Computer and go out, my download seems to do a little bit more and then just stops, My MSN signs out and all downloads seem to pause and when i come back they are at like 0KB's i think but msn is definately out.

    Any ideas?

    NExt time before you leave check you IP address.

    (if windows xp: click start, then run, then type "cmd" and press ok. Next type ipconfig and look at the ip.)

    When you get back check again, you ISP could be switching IP address (often done to prevent servers) and breaking your downloads/active connections.

    Use a download manager such as GetRight and it will resume and re-resume broken downloads continuously / automatically.
