  1. Hi,

I am trying to rip a coupld of dvd's for the first time using dvd decrypter, dgindex and virtualdub.

When i create my dv2 file with virtual dub and try loading in VFAPI i get an error message telling me the file is not valid

I had a look to see if anyone else had similar problems and got this

    https://www.videohelp.com/forum/search.php?mode=results

Basically, i don't have the files DGVfapi.vfp and DGDecode.dll in my directory and never had them when i tried using dvd2avi as well.

I have been looking but can't find and it seems to say they should be auto included in dvd2avi - but not in any version i have got

does someone know where i could get these from? and then maybe i will finally be able to get cracking on with this

    much appreciated

    cheers

    Paul

    dgmpgdec includes dgindex, dgdecode, etc.
I really, really, really wouldn't recommend VFAPI though. Use AVISynth instead.
