  1. Thanks for the email Sefy in reply to my problem in getting my DVD Player to read discs.
    The problem was, that which has been mentioned on this forum, one which I took lighty and still don't understand why, it only reads Princo after trying Datastream, and then Ridato just to make sure it wasn't a fluke.
    On the hardware forum I mentioned that the compatability list only stated cd-rw and that I had success with this. In fact I must have got my disks mixed up because the following day it didn't work on the cd-rw. So I can confirm that Sony DVD Player S535D does in fact work with CD-R Disks but so far as I have found only with Princo.
    I read somewhere that these were no longer being made, I hope not, I was still able to get them here in Australia.
    Finally could somebody please explain the obvious difference between Princo blanks and others

  2. Propably just the way they manufactur their media, I believe you might find another compatible media, you could buy 1 of each company and see which one works
