This subject has probably already been questioned before but, if it was, I can’t seem to find the topic.
So, the point is: I have a film of an amateur music concert filmed simultaneously from two different angles with two MiniDV cameras – one camera in each angle, of course. The film is almost 1 hour long, filmed continuously, without interruptions/pauses.
Now I want to edit both films in only one project, using only one audio track (from one of the cameras; it doesn’t matter which one as they both sound very similar) and pictures from both cameras alternatively, as the music flows from one instrument to another. How can I do the things so that the audio track is always synchronized with both video tracks, no matter which one is visible at the moment?
This is almost like a live TV production, with several cameras, but at a home level, you see the picture? The editing tools I usually use are Pinnacle Studio9 Plus and/or Ulead VideoStudio9. I also have Vegas 5 but am not very familiar with it yet.
Does anyone knows a relatively easy way to do this?
Thanks,
Mário
