OK, I spent a few months in Linux land, and am just coming back to Windows, and obviously I've forgotten some trick or setting.
My memory was that I could use the IFO mode of DVD Decrypter and bring in my two seperate streams - the m2v and the ac3. I then thought I needed to only remux the stream using the MPEG Tools option in TMPGEnc 3.0 Xpress to have an MPEG-2 file I could playback on my TiVO. However, I seem to be creating MPEG-2 files where the sound is not getting translated into MPII sound as is required.
I don't recall having to do anything to get the audio in the right format before, but it could be that it's just been so long that there's a step I've forgotten. In any event, what SHOULD I be doing with the two streams to get to where I need to be?
TIA,
Ewan
