I had burnt a copy of a DVD using DVD decrypter(iso read and then iso write mode). The copied DVD-r plays well on my Sony player, but the powerDVD in my computer didn't play the DVD saying incorrect format or something similar. Also in Windows explorer, when I tried to explore the VIDEO_TS folder of the DVD drive, I didn't see anything in there . For the DVDs where I decrypted in file mode and burnt using Nero Recode I do see the vobs as files in the Windows explorer (also plays well with PowerDVD, which is how I first test the burnt DVD). Is this a compatibility problem of burning in ISO mode?

you did an ISO read so the VIDEO_TS folder is inside the ISO file, its like it zipped up the VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS folders into an ISO file.
you can use daemon tools to access whats in the ISO file. -
This error ?
Error Code: 89020003
The DVD disc might have been damaged so as to inhibit playback operation.
