TMPGenc DVD Author Menu Images = No Workie

Alright, I'm making the main page of the menu where you choose either to play the entire thing, or go to the chapter selection. I loaded the image I want for the Play Movie "button", and it looks alright. I loaded the image for the Chapter Selection, though, and it automatically just makes it blurry as hell. It even accepts photoshop PSD files, but won't use their transparency or anything.
Here's a shot of me choosing the image, and what it actually looks like (yes, even the final output) when loaded. Resizing the image does nothing.

I started a test "dvd" from scratch using different image editing apps and it's still like this.

I've noticed that alhough they look blurry on the monitor on the TV they look OK, Did you try a test burn?
