From a recent article:
Here's the article on that:An Oregon woman whose doctor convinced her that he could cure her lower back pain by having sex with her is suing him and his medical clinic for $4 million, according to legal documents obtained on Monday.
http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20051004/od_nm/doctor_sex_dc
And today on my local news, another women came forward saying that the same doctor was treating her for migraines. He gave her a shot that put her to sleep. And, when she woke up at a later time, no one else was in the office except the doctor ... who was still "straightening up" his clothes.
Frankly, I have nothing but support for this new lady. But (sigh) as politically incorrect as it may sound, any woman who allows a doctor to convince her that having sex with him would cure her back pain has to be a few slices short of a loaf in the brain department.

how can she claim a stupid amount like $4 million?

The placebo effect is well documented phenomenon - what's important is whether her back is any better.
