Downsizing video with DVDShrink

hi.
i'm making a backup, which is bigger than a dvd5, and i'm trying to compress it's video files with dvd shrink. but, in the automatic mode the shrink put limits to the compression. does anybody know what it can be?

ps.: there's no problem if the video gets poor, but it have to fit on the dvd.

Shrink it twice.
