Hiya
Can't find this answered anywhere sorry if it's been asked before.
I just downloaded some Divx .AVIs and they come with attached .SRT subtitle files. I can't get the subtitles to display when I try to watch the files on my mac. I'm trying to watch with VLC Player and am running system 10.3
Any ideas on how to do it, or what programmes to download?
Many thanks!

VLC will locate the SRT file if it has a matching name and is in the same folder. You can activate the subtitle stream from the menu: Video > Subtitles Track > [Select one].

There is a quicktime plugin for this called srtImport.bundle, check on macupdate, I can't remember where I got it anymore.
