    I'm trying to cut certain segments of some vob files so they could be edited for subbing. I don't want to re-encode or anything. I'm just trying to figure out what tool/method is the best way to cutting out certain amount of time and bring back in after they are edited. THanks

    you can cut with dvdshrink...you need the entire dvd not just a vob.
