    Hi All:
I am having trouble running the latest version of Media Player Classic on my Win ME system. It informs me when trying to open a DVD that I do not have the proper codec(s) installed for listed pins (MPEG DVD decoder & Nero DVD output). When I click the link to get the codec it says not available on the site where I downloaded Media Player Classic. Has anyone had a similiar problem? Where do I get the codec...I was under the impression that I just install Media Player Classic & would be ready to watch DVD's. Thank you!

MPC includes a built in MPEG1/2 decoder and AC3/DTS decoders. Looks like you are maybe getting a bunch of other filters in your graph and it is screwing things up. Works fine here without additional filters.

Try uninstalling MPC, then use codec sniper to remove all of the mpeg2 codecs and any other codecs that are reported as having problems. Then reinstall MPC.
