    I exported a movie file from premiere pro but now all the motion in it is jerky.
    The movie was an old 8mm film if that helps. Do something with the framerate?

    exported to what? dv? divx? xvid? mpeg2 dvd? or?

    I exported it as a "Microsoft DV AVI" to my desktop, heres the stats...

    There was no capturing, the 8mm film came on a CD. Hope that helps, thanks in advance.

    Sounds like a problem with the framerate. You will need to do some searching for "8mm to dvd" conversion. I believe that you need to do something to the framerate to get it to play better.
