    Only the developer can add new output formats.
    Yours is the first request for this target format, as far as I can recall. (Most folks want to convert from it, which is already supported.)

    You can get a (free) conversion to MJPEG with e.g. MPEG Streamclip.
    Menu File > Export to QuickTime > Compression: Apple Motion JPEG A; or
    Menu File > Export to AVI > Compression: Apple Motion JPEG A.
