Any decent capture card with S-video input will work well.

ATI's can be a challenge to install, but if you FOLLOW the directions to the letter, you won't have any problems.

You might want to look into Leadtek's TV2000XP which will have stereo inputs and S-video.

I have my D*TV connected to my ATI AIW 9600XT. It records great and almost never drops frames.

If you need or desire a new video card you can't go wrong with ATI all everything cards...

Otherwise my suggestions will work out fine.

You also might want to look for straight capture cards that don't include a TV Tuner.
