DVD Re-authoring & chapters wich can't be rewinded

I want to copy DVD movie but he have some chapters (comercials) wich can't be rewinded or skiped. How can I enable skiping and rewinding of this chapters?

what program are you using ? sounds like you need to disable prohibited user actions [?] on the dvd.

Either that or he has split the video into multiple titles and then put them in order for playback.

This subject comes up quite often. You will have to search the various online guides for the particular copying software you are using. I am still finding hidden features two years after using some of them.

Playing DVD on Stand alone DVD player,burn DVD's with Nero.

Yes!
For Example when I insert DVD in player, first is playing "commercial capter" (witch I can't rewind or scipped) then after that I recive meny with subtitles, scene selection and playing movie shortcut. Everthing else I can rewind or scip accept that First commercial capter.
I want to When I copy DVD enabel scipping of this first chapter!!!
