  1. Is any one having problems ripping the new Land Before Time disc?
Seems to me there's a new form of protection.

What program are you trying to use to rip it? If it's Sony ArCoSS protextion, DVD Shrink won't do it. You need to rip it to your hard drive with DVD FAb Decrypter or DVD Decrypter (latest version) and then shrink it with DVD Shrink to fit it on one disk, if that's your goal.

I used latest version of all the software mentioned with no success.
After about 60% of the disc being ripped the proggys stop responding and windows have to be restarted in some cases. With the program OneClick Dvd Copy it showed skipping bad sectors @ about 62% of ripping before it was through, however in the out put folder there were only 3 files after conversion? In Decryptor I receive error message (Device Authentication failed = reason, failed to send challenge key)
In Fab decrypt error message is failed to get dvd info code 4096

Sounds more like a physical problem with the disc.

Are you able to play the disc in your PC without any glitches, particularly at the 60% of the movie where you are having problems.
