Making chapters/menu for vcd using nero

Hi, i want to make a music video vcd and i was wondering how i could make each video a different chapter.

You definitely should have a look at "How to create a VCD or SVCD menu and chapters with TSCV" (on the aforementioned page).

Regarding still mpegs's needed to create the menu's:
Be sure to drop by at www.geocities.com/mikk999/VCDStills.htm (mentioned by Vitualis, not sure). This method has worked for me. Using the menugenerator in TSCV screwed up my menus.

I know it's alot of info but I managed to grasp the basics in 2 days or so. It's rewarding though.

You cannot use Nero to make true chapters. It can make a multitrack VCD with a menu (but this implementation is somewhat limited and buggy).

VCDImager with one of the GUIs (e.g., TSCV or VCDEasy) is a good start.
