SVCD with Nero, need VMPEG2Enc.dll file

I bought a new drive that came with Nero, but the SVCD menu option is not available.
I searched 'help' and found that I need the VMPEG2Enc.dll
file, which for some reason they 'are not allowed'to include. The thing is, is that it seemed to be working just fine in a version I had before I bought and installed the new drive. I have since re-formatted that drive. Can I get a copy of the file?

To be able to encode svcd you must buy the mpeg2/svcd plugin. http://www.nero.com/en/mpeg2p.htm

If you got the standard edition(version 5 and above) you should be able to burn svcd.

I am using nero to burn movies. Is their any conversion required to get the best quality.

Hi, I bought the .dll thinking I would get the svcd option on nero 5.5. I didn't and still get error message when trying to burn svcd. Any help or suggestions? Thanks, Jim
