    I made a direct recording to my dvd recorder's hard disk from tv. Picture quality is good but i dont have any sound.even tough when i start play i see "french dolby stereo 2.0" on the screen i hear no sound but a brief noise. I made other recordings with this dvr wihout any problem.Is there a way to check or get back the audio?

    Does this happen with all recordings or just this one in particular? Have you checked all of the cables to make sure they are properly connected?
