how do you remove menu's from real DVD?

i use TDA to copy the dvd movie(6GB MPG) to my harddrive, then i made a mpg with MVW (NTSC DVD), but now i want to put the real dvd menu back on the new MVW MPG. how do i do thisand want program will i need?

thanks for the info , but does anyone know how to use theses programs? i been trying to lean theses progams, but im having no luck if someone can go into detail on how to do what i said in my first post, that would be great and u will save me alot more headaches
