Hi everyone...ok so here it is in much detail as possible
I am trying to convert .avi files to dvd format which I can do successfully using nerovision or tmpeg but here is the thing, i enclode them using a 4:3 ratio and people who have widescreen tv's cant see the subtitles, sometimes I cant either and I have a 27'' tv...the subs are either to far down or span to far to the sides..
Does anyone know how to fix this?
THANKS IN ADVANCE

I guess it's "hard" subs, not selectable DVD subs? Search for "overscan".
