ASF Conversion to VCD

Hi there!

When I access a Website with some ASF Files, I can see them with Win Media Player. But when I download the files, they only play the sound, and the video is black.

I also tried to convert the files to MPG and other formats, with TMPGenc and other converters, but the result is the same.

Any suggestion?

Running an old version of the Windows Media codecs maybe? Try this - 1350k-ish download for:
* Windows Media Audio 9
* Windows Media Screen 9
* Windows Media Audio 9 Voice
* Windows Media Video 7, 8, and 9
* Microsoft MPEG-4 version 3
* Microsoft MPEG-4 version 1 and 2
* ISO MPEG-4 version 1 and 1.1
..also have you tried a streaming media recorder, ie: WMRecorder?
