    Hi all,

Ok, so i've been using dvdws2 (trial version) for a few weeks now but there is a problem i can't seem to fix or find an answer anywhere.

I have 1 mpeg movie and i want to be able to use the << >> buttons to navigate thru the chapters BUT, i also want to set the end of some chapters to return to a menu.

Okay, i've searched thru the forums and it seems that many people have this problem. I got a few ideas that DON"T resolve this issue

--I've tried cutting the movie into many titles, it will return to the menu but i won't be able to browse thru the chapters.

--I also do know about the dvdws playlist feature, and even though i set the chapter to return to the menu at the end, it just plays the whole thing.

If any of you have a solution or a work around this problem, please let me know.

Thanks ahed for any help !!!

The trial does not do everything the full version does. That may be a large part of the problem.

Then again, you cannot have chapter go to a menu. You will have to split the MPEG up into more chunks and edit the playlist (default setting, actually) so that it returns to the menu after playing.

yeah, i know that but, by splitting up into more than one title to create chapters this way, i won't be able to browse thru them using the << & >> buttons

what i really want is, to have chapters and if the person chooses chapter 3 then at the end it will be back to the "chapter's menu", if the person chooses chapter 1 then the whole movie will play.

again, i can do this using multiple titles but, i won't be able to use the << &>> buttons

i'm not sure but i think in other programs you are able to do this
