  1. is there any way to find out the frame rate of a real media video file .rmvb?

    When the video clip is playing in RealPlayer, try going to File/Clip Properties/Clip Source on the menu. You should see the frame rate listed in one of the streams.
    Tools used: ScenalyzerLive 4.0, Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0, Adobe After Effects 7.0 Professional, Adobe Encore DVD 2.0, IFOedit 0.96, DVD-lab PRO 1.53, Adobe Audition 2.0

    RMVB shell extension can tell you

    However rmvb files can be VFR so it might not be 100% accurate.
