I just got the 110 to replace an A07. Installed it as master and updated to the latest firmware (1.37)
So here's the deal. I am getting discolleration of several shades on burned discs. I am using tai yuden -R X8 from Rima. I am using dvd decryptor to burn. I have tried burning at X6, X8, X12 with the number of shaded rings going down at each speed.
I am running an athelon 2400 with 512 megs of ram.
My A07 did not have this problem, nor my A08 that's in a different machine. Are other people having this problem? Is there a remedy?

See the dye surface images lower on the page at www.nomorecoasters.com
You've probably using Z-CLV media writing, and those are zonal burning rings, most likely. They are fine.Want my help? Ask here! (not via PM!)
