Burn a DivX avi as CD-ROM, there is nothing else to do. Or do you want a Video-CD, to play it on a dvd player?

No dvd player will play a DivX video. When you hear the audio, apparenty your player can play MP3 audio.

Look in the convert section of this website. Check the TMPGEnc part. Scroll down to the bottom. There are some tips what to do when no sound is heard or sound is out of sync.

  6. I've had a similar problem.
I recieved a DivX .avi file, but when I tried to play it, I heard audio, but
saw no image. I had the DivX codec installed so I don't think it was that.

    Any ideas??
