Sorry if this is a stupid question.
I've just encoded a PAL AVI file using stand-alone CCE 2.7, which I've not used before. CCE outputs a bunch of files with the following extensions:
*.ecl
*.mpv
*.vaf
*.wav
To author I'm using DVD Architect but this refuses to accept any files other than *.wav. What am I doing wrong? What authoring prog should I be using? How do I get em 'in there'?
Many thanks!

.vaf is CCE's pass generator.
.wav is audio
.mpv is a generic video file
Rename the .mpv to .m2v within the preferences dialogue box, or the filename itself..
Any authouring program should recognize .m2v..
Good luck... -
I've never used CCE or DVD Architect, but the first thing that I would try is to ignore the vaf and ecl file. Then try changing the mpv file extension to m2v. I use DVD-lab PRO and Adobe Encore DVD and they both like the m2v and wav extensions.
Tools used: ScenalyzerLive 4.0, Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0, Adobe After Effects 7.0 Professional, Adobe Encore DVD 2.0, IFOedit 0.96, DVD-lab PRO 1.53, Adobe Audition 2.0
